I got a Special request (sort of)..hopefully y'all can help out..

I'm looking for an Amharic learning software/program..does anyone have one? (it's not for me cos my Amharic is flawless)... especially for children. does anyone have any kind of sing a long songs in Amharic? google didn't help and everyone I know doesn't have one or doesn't know if it even exists. I want my child's first word to be in Amharic..lol..yeah so?

yeah thanks but I'm not tryin to spend 70+ dollars each for all of those programs. hopefully someone will have a CD stashed somewhere.

Until someone posts the software, you can try this website...it is pretty helpful. There was another website too with children songs and stuff...i will post it when i remember

thanks, I wish I can get some sing a long songs so I can play around the house and some day ...boom... first word in Amharic..lol... people underestimate the power of music.

No i didnt. I downloaded it to test it and its working fine for me. I use Zipeg....

I use different uploading sites alot to continually test which one is better, so far Rapidshare works better for me.

Nah I re-downloaded the file and tried to open it with zipeg (that I installed just in case winrar was just acting up) and still can't open it. zipeg says file format unknown or not supported or sth like that...aanyway I managed to find 2 other links. For those who might have the same problem I encountered you can find them here:
